A wedding meal
your guests will
actually remember
No three-course formality. No rubber chicken. Just proper low and slow BBQ, served fast from a counter, while everyone's still together and in the mood to eat.
Street food energy.
Wedding occasion.
Our team serves your guests
No waiting for a plate to arrive. Guests come up, our team loads their tray, and everyone gets stuck in.
Our team runs the service
We set up, serve, keep the counter stocked, and clear down at the end. You don't need to manage a thing.
Fast, social, laid-back
Everyone eats at roughly the same time. No table-by-table service. No awkward gaps. Just people eating good food.
Smoked overnight, served at its best
All the food is smoked overnight and brought ready to serve. The only thing we do on-site is toast the buns, no grills, no smoke, no setup risk.
What's on the tray
Simple, focused, and cooked properly. No substitutes.
Built for relaxed weddings
This works brilliantly for couples who want their wedding to feel like a great party - not a formal sit-down meal that's over before it starts.
Festival-style or barn venues
Garden parties and marquee weddings
Couples who care more about the food than the fuss
Small gatherings to large receptions
Transparent pricing, no hidden costs
Honest answers
Almost nothing. All the food is smoked overnight and brought ready to serve. The only thing we do on-site is toast the buns. No grilling, no specialist facilities needed from your venue.
We need a covered area to serve from - a gazebo, marquee, or indoor space. We handle setup and breakdown. We'll confirm exact requirements during the planning stage once we know your venue.
The full sides menu - coleslaw, potato salad, pickles, and rolls - is vegetarian-friendly. Mac & Cheese is available as a vegetarian option. For vegans, the BBQ pit beans and vegetable jambalaya are both vegan. Flag numbers during the enquiry process and we'll make sure everyone's looked after.
As early as possible. Popular summer dates fill up fast. We'll always try to accommodate later enquiries where we can, but we'd suggest reaching out at least 3"“6 months ahead for weekend weddings in peak season.
Pricing is based on guest numbers and menu selection. Get in touch and we'll come back with a clear quote - no hidden costs, no surprises.
