No. Everything is smoked overnight and brought ready to serve. The only thing we do on-site is toast the buns. No grilling, no specialist facilities needed from your venue.
We work best with a decent crowd. If you're not sure whether your event is a good fit, drop us a line and we'll let you know.
We need a covered area to serve from - a gazebo, marquee, or indoor space. We handle setup and breakdown. No ventilation requirements - we're not smoking on-site. We'll confirm exact requirements once we know your venue.
The full sides menu - coleslaw, potato salad, pickles, and rolls - is vegetarian-friendly. Mac & Cheese is available as a vegetarian special. For vegans, the BBQ pit beans and vegetable jambalaya are both vegan. Flag numbers during the enquiry process and we'll make sure everyone's looked after.
As early as possible. Popular summer weekends fill up fast. We'd suggest at least 3-6 months ahead for weddings, and 4-8 weeks for parties. Last-minute requests sometimes work - just ask.
