No. Everything is smoked overnight and brought ready to serve. The only thing we do on site is toast the buns.

Yes. Mac and cheese is available as a vegetarian option. For vegans, the BBQ pit beans and vegetable jambalaya are both vegan. The full sides menu, including apple slaw, potato salad, and house pickles, is also vegetarian-friendly. Flag numbers when you enquire and we'll make sure everyone is looked after.
